Arthur Flegenheimer. He was of german decent as far as I know and not dutch as many sources say. Can anyone confirm this fact?

Thanks! Let’s see if this WW2 USMC officer is as known in uniform as he was without. Better known (although not as a good guy by most) for his post war activities.
