in August 1944 it started to transfer Heeres-Küsten-Batterien from norway units for west- and eastfront,so i think these plans are for using the 15cm K.18 at westwall or Festungsartillerie

15cm K. 18 were used in Heeres-Festungs-Artillerie-Abteilungen 1325 and 1520

I was thinking about guns set up in new coastal defense positions ("one of the plans states that it is of the 15cm K18 in a coastal defence position"). But what you are saying and which makes sense is that the same coastal defense set-up would be used for static emplacements in the Western front.

Also the drawings are recorded as being of the 15cm K.L55 (55 being the length of the barrel in calibers, if that makes sense). One of the drawings also records "15cm K.L55 in Kustenausfuhrung".
