Does anyone know when Knight's Cross holder Wilhelm Moritz [Luftwaffe fighter pilot] died, all I have is 2010 in Ontario Canada?

Wrong, it is taken in Norden/Ostfriesland.

I was surprised to find the following pages of RK recipients i "Bessarabien Ukraine Krim. Der Siegeszug deutscher und rumanischer Truppen" prepared and edited by "der Abt. Ic einer Ost-Armee" and publ. by Verlag Erich Zander, Berlin, 1943.
