Can anyone tell me more about this medical trailer? It looks like it has padded walls. Or is that insulation?

Hi Sturm,
Good photo. I believe you are correct. It looks like there is a window behind that open closet door like on this one:

Definitely candidate for "Rasputitsa" thread but let it be here.

Hi all,
Here an image of a small infantry cart of Fallschirmjäger, probably loaded with a mortar.
Is this a standard military cart or makeshift ??

Re: ► Photothread: German trailers
Hi,
Great photos, definitely not the Infantrie Anhanger Jf8, but something else. There is an "official" 8cm Morser carrying Jf8 trailer arrangement, but this is not it, but sure looks to be about the same size of trailer.
Interesting markings, its that "Komet" sign again, the Fallschirmjager look to be relatively early, about 1940,(could be wrong on that, the Jf8 was first used at Crete in May 1941.
The attached photos of an Jf8 with 8cm Morser is a restoration, but the supportive woodwork is copied from an original example and is the same design as in WW2 photos.
cheers Paul
