Any idea about the weapons of these soldiers ??

Ustasha,not soldiers.In the middle is Vlado Chernozemski(Velichko Dimitrov Kerin),who killed jugoslavian king Aleksander - 1934.

That SMG on the right looks like a ZK-383, not sure how many of these the Bulgarians had, but I have seen a figure for 4000, with 20.000 total Czech production, so did the Bulgarians have 4000 in stock?

I will have a quick guess at the rifles, are they Carabiner M.95s?

The SMG is IMHO MP-18 or the Swiss copy SIG Bergmann 1920. As Vlado Chernozemski was killed during the assassination in 1934, it can't be the ZK-383 which dates from the late 30s.

Regarding the use of the ZK-383 in the Bulgarian army in 10.1941 4000 9mm ZK-383 were ordered and 1900 were delivered in 12.1942 and the other 2100 in 02.1943.

the Army - no. the police had 20 MP-18/1 and 70 MP MP-28/2 at 01.12.1940.
I can't recognise the rifles.

Perhaps MP34 ??

Quite possible. MP-34 was exported to Yugoslavia.

Did the Yugoslav army get supplied with any MP-34s?
I don't have any in my Yugoslav Infantry company.

I like the Bergman though, it looks like a really solid weapon.

Germany supplied MP 34 (Ö) submachine guns to Croatia during the war and the guns were marked as such. Fragment from Dolínek et al., Encyclopédie Illustrée des Armes des Ire et IIe Guerres Mondiales:

I've seen an entry on another forum that says the military police were issued/ wore green armbands or brassard's with V P white letters.
