Does anyone have pic's of bloody Hansa-Lloyd 37M (Hungarian SdKfz 11)? I want to convert a model of standard SdKfz 11 into hungarian vehicle but i'm not shure about differences.

Hi Henning,

thank You very much for posting these interesting pics of Borgward and Hansa-Lloyd trucks. For me the pic with the Hansa-Lloyd truck is very interesting, a reall good shot from the front. I think it could be the type Europe III, because the lamps are fitted here higher than on the type Merkur. How do You think about it?

Regards

Bert

Hi all, hi Henning,

here a pic of another Hansa-Lloyd truck of the Luftwaffe, captured by British airborne troops near Hamminkeln, east of the Rhine, on 25th March 1945 (source: G.N. Georgano: World War Two Military Vehicles). Please, can You ID this truck?

Regards

Hi all,hi Betram

I think that is easy to ID

look at the front axel, its typical for a HL 2,5Tonner or other name "Bremen IV"
its the same frame like our oldtimer.
compare it with following pic.

The second pic is a detail I found yesterday on an oldtimer meeting. It shows a frontlight from our HL/Magirus Fire truck,
and this after my 30 years fire service!!!

best regards

Henning
