Re: Destroyed/Captured Panther tanks
Pictures that I have no caption for from the former Czechoslovakia.
No unit IDs or locations. I do not have the "AFVs in Czechoslovakia 1945" book-I may be off on the title.
3rd-A still from the Czech movie "Tank Brigade" I believe-which I have not seen.

Do you have better quality copies of the first and second photos - especially IR box good internal arrangement would be great to see
Re: Destroyed/Captured Panther tanks
Marek,
Thank you for your info-I will re-caption. I am sorry that this is the best I can do with regard to these photos. However, in my continuing online search I will most certainly keep an eye out.

Re: Destroyed/Captured Panther tanks
More Eastern Front, Marek.
Perhaps you could ID some of these shots.
3rd-Lvov Panther. I am unsure of the unit that abandoned or had knocked out their Panthers in Lvov when the city fell in 1944.

Re: Destroyed/Captured Panther tanks
Another three Eastern Front Panthers. I speculate these are all from the same unit by the turret numbering font.
I have no idea as to unit, or locations.

Re: Destroyed/Captured Panther tanks
Three more.
1st-I believe I first captioned this one as I/SS Pz Rgt 2, which it is not.
2nd-This is a repost, but a better quality version. Delnero photo.
3rd-WorldwarTwo Sales photo.
I believe the location of these photos to be France, 1944, but I have no info as to units.

Marek, best photo I can find with the interior shown of a Panther rear IR box.
I realise you can't make out much.
