The Eagle sign on the door of the truck in front on the second pic looks more like a RAD sign? whats your opinion?
and a police unit with such different and capured vehicles?

I agree, the vehicles are of RAD. I've seen on ebay all other related pictures too. In the 1st picture you can also see that the driver is wearing a swastika armband of the RAD. On the building the police eagle is visible and it is possible that the RAD provided transportcapacity to the Polizei or that several organisations are based together to make the protection of the area easier.
