Midget Submarine "Hai" & "Hase" - ?

Tell me please how look midget submarine "Hai"? On the pictures it looks as long "Marder" and on the foto it looks another. May be, it's "Hase" on foto?

As far as I have been able to figure out from available sources (mind you: I'm struggling with german...), these are both "Hai": A development of the "Marder".
The "Hai" was supposed to have an ingolin-engine, but due to problems with production it ended up incorporating the engine and battery-combo from the G7e TIIId "Dackel" long-range torpedo (ie an extra battery-chamber, hence the lenght of +11m).
The gerät in your photo is refered to as "Hase" in a couple of sources, but according to Harald Foch this is supposed to be the last development of the "Hai", with improvements to manouverbility (of which the most noticeable is the front depth-rudder): The "Hai" apparently was not seeworthy in it's initial configuration.
This last version was equipped with an acoustic search-devise called "Hase" which might explain the confusion (?).
Anyway: The project was still under development at the end of the war and the only prototype(s) (1 or 2?) was demolished before the german surrender.

The ukraine model-maker "Mikro-Mir" offers 1:35 plastic models of both "Hai" and "Hase" (+ most other german midget types) which referes to the illustrations in the previous post, but as mentioned above: I don't think "Hase" was a separate type of midget-submarine ("manned torpedo" is perhaps a better category for types like these?).

NB: Please post or PM if you have more info on the "Hai" / "Hase" + "Marder II", "Marder III", "Biber II", "Biber III" and similar german projects in various stage of planning/development at the end of the war.

the Foto is from the film "Sneak Craft" Oct 1945 produced by O.S.S
you can see in the background other midget Sub as SEEHUND and MOLCH.
This part of the film maybe (?) shows trials in Port Everglades, Miami in July 1945.
Trials with german midget submarines were described in the book "Die Seehunde" Klaus Mattes.

Anyway: The project was still under development at the end of the war and the only prototype(s) (1 or 2?) was demolished before the german surrender.

This could mean, the HAI was not destroyed before surrender.
we see differences between the drawing and the Foto. The cupola in the Foto is in the middle, in the drawing its behind the Torpedohead.
