Perhaps the second man is Willy Marschler - Gauarbeitsführer (honorary) in Thuringia since 1933.

hint: He also worked as a lecturer or speaker of his medical discipline in September 1941 at the "Führerschule der Deutschen Ärzteschaft" in Alt Rehse.

I'm sorry, but unfortunately your suggestion is not a hit.
(To my knowledge, Aster was never a lecturer in the leader school of the German medical profession Alt-Rehse.)

next hint:
Since he had been a member of a Masonic Lodge for some time in the 1920s, all party offices were denied him, in contrast to many of his colleagues, who held a similarly important position in the National Socialist health system.

last hint:
From April 1942 he led together with Fritz Blumenstein the "Zahnärztlich–dentistische Arbeitsgemeinschaft", whose establishment had been ordered directly by Hitler and in which Hugo Blaschke played a significant role.

Now the solution to this "problem" should be child's play - I hope !!!

Sorry, I was away for a while - so now a very last hint:

During his tenure as "Reichs ..... führer" there were or officially held four "Reichsdentistenführer" (from 30.09.1933 to 03.10.1938 Karl Schaeffer / from 03.10.1938 to 03.10.1938 Josef Schmid / from 10.01.1939 to 17.06.1939 provisional SS-Of.Dr. Heinrich Grote / from 17.06.1939 to 08.05.1945 Fritz Blumenstein).

By the way: two famous German car drivers had the same family names as he did.

The solution is:

Reichszahnärzteführer (1933-1945) Dr. med. dent. Ernst Stuck

I pass it on to the next one who wants it.

The Solution is Cajetan Graf von Spreti

By unknown reasons he has ( Cajetan von Spreti ) a prominent place in that Berlin Expo, being really an obscure figure in the Nazi machinery, with a quality personal portrait, maybe provided by relatives...

The game is open now
