#12. General der Flieger Kastner-Kirdorf, Chef des Personalamtsim Reichluftministerium. This rendition is likely based upon the staff meeting at Salon Quai d' Orsey, Paris in 1941. See link below. I believe all others have been properly identified. #17. Although Student and Von Richthofen are similar in appearance, this appears to be the latter.
