The location is not a secret but who knows who reads here and before we know the crane is "dispardu".

I think the first line is a name (Walter?)
Second line Gera - Rubitz (Rubitz is a neighborhood of the city of Gera)
Gasse No 7. (Gasse is a small street)

The truck is a Sd Kfz 9 mostly Famo with a Maybach 12 cyl motor
