The picture was in the collection of the late Bjørn Østring in Norway. I got a copy of it from him, becuse he knew some of the participants on this course. Bjørn himselv was an Leg.-Hscha in Fre.Leg.Norwegen 1941/42.

Does anyone found some participant lists or other documents about the Politische Führerschule in the meantime?

Interesting photo. S. Riis-Knudsen, must be danish SS-Oberscharführer Siegmund Riis-Knudsen.
