You are right!!!
This is the palacestraat or one street to the North, between the kurhaus and oranjehotel!

Possible these are dutch tetraeders, because they seem similar to the dutch ones at the badweg (hoek van holland).
Atlantikwall museum H.v.H has one in the collection
