MG Bunker
I can tell you this:some more details on this bunker
This is not a standarized German design of the "Regelbau" system.
Most bunkers were built by so-called "Festungpionieer-baustaben".
It appears that these units often had a own special constructions.
(Sonderkonstruktionen)
Ofen you will find many similar SK bunkers in a concentrated area, but not anywhere else in the Atlantikwall.....
The thickness of the roof places it in the "Vf" category (Verstärkt feldmassig)
So what we see on your nice photo is a "Vf SK MG" probably a local variant.
Here is a local MG-bunker from the Baustab 26 which operated in the are where I live...... Some similarities I would say"

Hello all,
To me it looks like a dutch S7 Kasemate. It was built before IIw.w. Look at

Yes, you can be never sure for 100% in case of bunkers. To me it looks very much as dutch one, because of these hooks in few rows - I've seen them on "pyramide" type dutch bunkers.
In Holland they have a special strongpoint/ line, called "pantherstellung" , with some R703 in one place.

So true......never sure for 100% in case of bunkers
I have seen examples of Vf bunkers being "copied" from the Czech lines and built in Norway.
After seeing the link, I would ofcourse agree that it is a Dutch one, but there is allways a little "?" hiding in the background
There are also a few R-703`s near Köln......

Hello,
??? - copies of Czech bunkers in Norway? Do you have pictures of them?
Another question - did you notice any special place, where you can find untypical / SK bunkers? In Poland in most of defence lines built after 43 you can find typical ringstands and regelbauten, but in cities not incorporated into lines you can find some small, strange bunkers. How does it look like in Norway?

Much the same I guess....How does it look like in Norway
All the early batteries are made of light concrete/stone bunkers, while those made in 43 and later has much Regelbau bunkers.
Many of the batteries are built with open emplacements connected with tunnels inside the rocks, but after 43, they added R-671`s in front of the openings!
Seems like I have misplaced the photo of the Czhech bunker, but I will keep searching and post it asap when I find it!
