Hi, The GEMA company installed 30 radar sets in new U boats starting in june 1942.
The civilian in the second row againt the 8,8cm gun is PAUL GUNTER ERBSLOH co-founder of GEMA.

Still thinking U 636 foto but canot work out why a KK on board!

Hi Nobby The gent in the white hat is not wearing a dress dagger but the three officers to the right of him are. I think he is technical staff or something similar. The man to the left of him seems to be in adminisration.
