Initially I thought SORT FLOUR was Soya flour but then came up with Various or Sorted flours as in high grade flour. This matches another document from the same period which is typewritten fond 341 opus 5312 delo 280 l. 1071 https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=133390876

Having a go at the handwritten section on the right hand side which is some sort of calculation:
It occurs to me that it might relate to the following document from two days earlier: https://pamyat-naroda.ru/documents/view/?id=133390096
which is a two page report on calculating the demand for vehicles

Something like that: the army automobile battalion has 108 GAZ-AA and 34 ZIS-5 trucks. Assuming a 75% operational rate that would mean 81 GAZ-AA and 25 ZIS-5 operational, or an equivalent of 131 GAZ-AA. Daily ration requirements of the army is 238 tons or a load of 159 GAZ-AA. Transportation distance is 78.5 km, and average daily mileage of a truck is 180 km. Hence 7 GAZ-AA are needed to transport rations. In the same way the weight of 1/4 ammunition load (expected daily expenditure) is 515 tons or load 540 truck loads. Hence 540*2*78.5/180 = 450 trucks are needed to transport ammunition.Fuel - daily requirement 0.25 load or 76.75 tons or 52 truck load. 52*2*78.5/180 = 45 GAZ-AA trucks are needed to transport fuel.
Total 470+45+7=522 GAZ-AA are needed.

I'm sure they had a math error somewhere because numbers for food transportation simply don't add up.

They rarely add up. I put a lot of these reports into spreadsheets and there are always errors.

I mean: 7 trucks transport a daily ration requirement of 238 tons and 45 trucks transport a daily fuel requirement of 77 tons. That's obviously a mistake beyond a usual typo.

The figures are certainly odd.
Underneath the fuel statistics is a little calculation of the total number of vehicles required:
Grand total 540 + 159 + 52 = 751 GAZ-AA

In the handwritten section on the right which you have very kindly translated for me.
The Food text actually has a little calculation of 78.5*2*159 = 24,950 tonne km.
Later 24,950/180 = 138 GAZ-AA.

The figure of 7 only appears in the final line at the bottom of the section in the final calculation of 470 + 45 + 7 = 522.

Are you sure that the final line in the section on Daily Food Rations does not say something about collecting food locally? The only way you turn 138 into 7 is by reducing the mileage down to 10 km

On an establishment diagram it is a department of 3 people attached to the headquarters of a Tank Regt. But Party Political Apparatus works for me.

Something about sending all those Chevrolets for major repairs to the assembly area in some villages, one looks like М.(Малые) Кощеватое or М. Колцеватое, a map would help here.

Thank you lads.
Looks like the Spring Mud was proving too much for the Chevrolets as only 2 out of 105 was running and the rest needed capital repairs, something like a broken half-shaft or axle. No wonder they stopped ordering any more in 1944.
