Spanish Civil War: hoping to trace relative who fought in war..

I was hoping someone may be able to suggest whom I should contact to find out what happened to my Spanish relative who was conscripted into the Spanish Civil War. Is there a service like the ITS at Arolsen who are so helpful? Very many thanks.
