It seems to be a 5cm Kwk 39 L-60.

Etienne,

There seems to be a muzzle brake at the end of the gun barrel which would make the gun a 5 cm KwK L/60.

yes you are right, whit the muzzle brake is 5 Kwk L60.

Expired ebay.com picture of a 5 cm KwK L/60 in a concrete emplacement taken by a US soldier in September 1945 around Cherbourg. The landscape in the background suggests that it was taken on Landfront Cherbourg.
