I don't think we have a topic

With especialy 2 operations :
- Gumbinnen-Insterburg Operation
- Mlawa–Elbing Operation

I search number of Soviet armored vehicles by units especialy for 2 Belorussian Front if posible also effectives by Army even for other fronts.

A table for Soviet Strength participated also 1st Baltic front in part only 43 th Army with 5 Fus Corps and a tank Bde a part near Memel main part on the Niemen near Tilsit.

43A have on the Niemen 90, 54 and 103 Fus Corps west to east and close Memel 92 and 19 Fus Corps North to South each wit 3 ID the 92 avec 10 GT Bde Germans have 28 AK with 58 and 95 ID and 607 zbV Division on the on the Curonian Spit / Kurische Nehrung

Possible have name for town/cities in English for this 2 maps in attachment ?
Because i search exact area where the 5 GTA is deployed in 2 Bel Front reserve the 12 january and after join the front the 16 in 48 A sector and attack normaly the 17 january according infos i have especialy here :

5 GTA was deployed around Bransk in Poland in good accordance with the schemes posted above. That's an original situation map for comparison:

Very good ! thanks for these very interesting infos and confirmation for 5 GTA if you have for 2 Belorussian Front interest me a lot :)

Germand strength for Armored units, total of vehicles

PzG GD and 5th Pz are in good conditions same for the 2 Tiger Bns and Stug Bdes little Bn for size.

Great but unusual for 10 and 29 Tank Corps do 5 and 4 Su Rgts ! normaly Tank and Mechanized Corps had 3 to maximum surely because these two had few tanks and to compensate.

But powerful 585 tanks and Su for a Tank Army with 2 Corps !

29 Tank Corps had some SU-76 instead of tanks in tank brigades, total 20 SP guns in addition to one SU-76 regiment (1223rd)

Divisions No. 401 and 461 were never "light divisions" as far as I know, both were administrative divisions in the German replacement army.
