Mystery launch pads: Suzuka 24?

Hello. After scouring the internet for information regarding this craft, I have come across the following photographs and diagrams. I believe these launch pads to be for that of the so-called "Suzuka 24", a mysterious patchwork Japanese interceptor. According to the linked documents and an image of an unknown report, the aircraft supposedly flew and saw combat, but considering no photographic evidence of this craft exists, it's up to debate what purpose these launch pads served. The two diagrams are not much to go on all things considered. Since the Yokosuka MXY7 Ohka model 43b was still in mock-up form as of the surrender, its unlikely the launch pads were for that craft. Unless the launch pads served as a means to test the feasibility of the model, though I am dubious of that. What are your thoughts? Are the photographs, diagrams and reports enough to suggest the Suzuka 24 was real? I appreciate anything you can offer. Much thanks.

There are three sorts of people; those who are alive, those who are dead, and those who are at sea.
