Sniper Warfare in China

Gentlemen,

Were there any sniper actions against the Japanese ground troops at all in China. Did the Chinese Army had military sniper schools at all. Did the Chinese had excellent snipers?

In Chino-Japanese War, the Japenese were annoyed with Chinese snipers. It is said that it was the reason why the Japanese introduced sniper.

I wonder if there were any names of successful Chinese snipers that took the war against the Japanese aggressors?
