Friedrich Leopold von Ruits- Kingdom of Prussia , Regiment

Hello to all. It is my first post on this forum.

I am looking for an information about prussian general Friedrich Leopold von Ruits (Rüts) and his regiment in 1795.
His regiment was at the time most likely Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 28 (previously von Gentzkow). I suspect it took part in war against Kościuszko Uprising in Poland.
