Did the Italians raise any Hiwis / helper type units in the USSR ?

In the summer of 1942 the ARMIR raised a battalion-sized Cossack unit, the Gruppo squadroni cosacchi "Campello". Some information in these older threads:

Not sure if they can be caounted as 'Hiwis', but in late 1942 the ARMIR had some thousands Soviet prisoners employed in tasks such as carrying supplies for the troops, building roads and bridges, maintaining railway lines.
