Many of Legion Condor members, no only fallen in combat, but member who died many years later, are buried in Spain.
The Almudena Cemetery, is the main Cemetery in Madrid. For some reason, the German, Government years ago, , solicited the removing of the top inscription of this plot, where several members are buried.

But now the cemetery looks like this
They try to erase all memorial remains ... showing absolute contempt for these dead soldiers
However, someone still remembers them carrying flowers

In Spain, Cáceres Province, there is a specially built cemetery Cuacos de Yuste , For German Military personal, who died in WWI -WWII , soldiers and sailors who, were originally buried in many places in Spain. I recall and special case of a Crew member of Uboat U 755 Hubert Sasse, who was interred in Burriana Cemetery Castellón Province, who died in 1943 during sinking of his Uboat. body was washed ashore in Burriana and interred in the local cemetery, buried with honors, after the war the body never was send to Germany, because the family of the sailor was very poor, and locals of Burriana take care of the grave for decades, even most of the town, were reluctant when body was translated to Cuacos De Yuste. In Burriana still the tomb with no,corpse
