U 198

Post by Steve E » 01 Oct 2020 08:42

Does anyone have a Crew list of U 198 , first sortie from 09/03/1943 to 2/091943. They were 200 days at sea under Kapitän Werner Hartmann.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
With kind regards
Steve Eckardt.

Did the crew members of U-198 receive any decorations after their monumental 200 day voyage ?
Surly they deserved to be rewarded for their achievement.
TIA,

Most likely. Four got the DKiG on 22.12.1943.
