Looking for info: German light cruiser concept Schichau Werft

Came across a picture of a 5x3 gun 5,9" German light cruiser concept, allegedly designed by Schichau Werft, Danzig. Might've been a enlarged Nuernberg concept. Obviously, it never progressed past the design stage, but I wonder if anybody would have more information on this?

Again, apparently this was a design project. I don't even know if the drawing was even vaguely what they drew up.

Schichau didnt projected any cruisers for the RM/KM.
it was task of the K-Amt in connection with A and MWA.

I am not aware of any model of cruiser BERLIN produced by HP Models.
Furthermore Schichau Werft, Danzig was not working for Kriegsmarine before 1939. So this could be only WWII design which is very unlikely.

yeah, even the "light cruiser" version built off of Admiral Hipper-class projected 4x3 5.9" guns, which actually doesn't sound too bad?
