Is there an English translation available of the "Manifesto of Verona" from the Congress of Verona in 1943, or really any policy statements made by the RSI regime? I'm not sure if the RSI ever had a constitution (even a provisional one), but I've heard they put out some kind of political manifesto at Verona in 1943:

I know that the RSI government was not able to really implement any of these promises, but that's irrelevant to me, I'd still like to read it. I've found English translations of manifestos and policy statements from pre-Armistice Italy, so now I'd like to study some primary sources from the RSI period.
"Manifesto of Verona": RSI political ideology?

Due to the breaking with conservatives forces of Monarchy that tamed its revolutionary and socialist spirit, Fascism made a natural turn to the Left.

At head of RSI economy was Niccola Bombacci a lifelong socialist, former communist founder of PCI and acquaintance of Lenine, he was also personal friend of Mussolini. Following Marxist principles he intended to stop "exploitation of men by men" so the program was to force every worker to have ownership of the factory he worked on, same in agriculture.I have noit found information on how he was to deal with liberal professions.
Edit to add; you can have private property example your house to live, but you can't have to exploit: for example to rent it. You could also own a store, but i suppose any workers would have some sort of participation. Nevertheless i don't expect this ideas would be followed to the letter due to difficulties to implement them and disruption it could cause.
Of course the Nazis only cared for war production output so nothing of this was implemented.
I have read also that many Fascists realized the decadence of regime due to aging fascist leadership so defended periodic election within the fascist regime. For comparison the intention was to be like today Islamic Republic of Iran. A Constitution that only accepted Fascism, but with elections between Fascists.
