With so many different accounts on the battle, it is hard to know what actually took place. Does someone know he has the correct events?
But in all honesty, Wittmann shot up un-manned vehicles, didn't he? The British had paused for tea-time, but did the British re-assume command of their tanks once Wittmann appeared?
What exactly happened at Villers-Bocage that day?
