Can anyone identify him?

The guy is a Leutnant and the photo was taken in 1936/37

Another attempt. I have the Rangliste of Art.Rgt.43 - the Nachrichtenoffizier in 1936 is actually a Lt. Fritzsche. But this is not the name that is written there....

Hi guys, that's not a surname, it's a location of I.Abt. - Landshut.

Thanks a lot. I was think about a different word, but I was not bright enough. So, i assume, it might be this Fritzsche.
