TV under the Third Reich

Post by DavidFrankenberg » 24 May 2021 13:26

Hi,

i am interested in the TV under Hitler. Germay was quite advanced on the matter, but i wonder in what extent TV was developed ?
How many TV were sold ? How many people watched it ? What were the TV shows ? how many hours a day ? was it any advertising ?

Here is an interesting british TV documentary about TV shows under Hitler :

David, "Fernsehsender Paul Nipkow" / "Deutscher Fernseh-Rundfunk": https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fernsehsender_Paul_Nipkow

I would like to recommend another internet search for "fernsehen drittes reich" for a first start, tons of links in german and other
languages, but like always, mostly in german language...
