Were there any specific plans for these areas after they became protectorates? Was the goal to settle them with Germans and annex them directly? I know there were plans during the war, but anything before?

Bohemia and Moravia became protectorates in March 1939,the war started 6 months later . It is questionable that the Germans had made plans about the future of Bohemia and Moravia during these 6 months .To settle them with Germans is impossible,as there were no Germans willing to live in B and M ,and as no one knew what to do with the Czechs .The Czechs and their economy were absolutely needed before and during the war .
