That picture was given by adjutant Admiral von Puttkamer to John Toland for his biography on Hitler back in the 70's. According to the caption in that book, which names three, it says: "Extreme left, Dr. Morrell. Center: Hitler's former valet Krause, and Admiral von Puttkamer." (himself).

The times both Puttkamer and Krause would have been around then seem rare, and you might be able to pinpoint the date from that better?

Possibly this picture was taken between 1943 to 1945 an award to Krause?

The picture states that it is taken at one of the entrances of the Fuehrer Bunker in 1945! Krause is wearing the Panzer Uniform as he was attached to the SS Flak Abteilung of Das Reich! He was also responsible for creating the Four 2cm Cannons mounted on a Pz IV Chassis called the Whirlwind! Narvik Shield and Destroyer War Badge are from his days in the KM in 1940.
