First warship to reach Chongqing

When did the first Japanese warship reach Chongqing? The American Palos was the first American warship do to so in 1914. The French, British and German navies all did so from 1900 on. Candidates are, most likely Toba, then Sumida or Fushimi. As near as I can determine Japanese commercial firms only extended weekly service to Chongqing in 1920. Many thanks in advance.

漢口 Hanko: 29 / August / 1913
宣昌 Yichang: 5 - 16 / September
新灘 (Between 宣昌 and 万県): 17 - 18 / September
万県 Wanxian: 19 - 20 / September
重慶 Chongqing: 22 / September
