8" or 15" gun turret being manufactured?

The screenshot is from Die Deutsche Wochenschau Nr. 612 showing the productions for the Kriegsmarine:

Firstly, was this a 8" or 15" turret? (Edit: fixed the ' v. " SNAFU)

Secondly, since Nr. 612 was released in May, 1942 and Albert Speer appeared in it, what were the guns for? Weren't all the Bismarck- and Hipper- Class completed by that point?

It's not eight feet or fifteen feet. The bore is closer to eight inches given the thickness of the barrel walls and the length of the barrel.

This photo shows the 8" turret on the Prinz Eugen having a single front-facing observation port on each side of the twin gun barrels.

This shows the Bismarck with dual stacked observation ports on each side on its 15" turret.

So barring the Germans showing stale footage from before the commissioning of Bismarck and Tirpitz (which was a distinct possibility, as in 1943 one Wochenschau passed off year(s)-old reels of an auxiliary cruiser/commerce raider happily hunting from 1942 or prior as if it were from a recent sortie), perhaps this Wochenschau Nr. 612 clip was showing the construction of the 15" turret intended to retrofit the Gneisenau?

There were at least 3 additional 15 inch twin turrets in existence which were to be used to rearm the BB GNEISENAU. They were seen on the dock in an aerial photo next to the ship and later two were sent to Denmark for use as coastal artillery. This could easily be one in storage
