What was the size and condition of the Japanese garrison in Indochina in 1945? What aircraft and motor vehicles they had? Who was commanding in Indochina?

There was 38th Army in Indochina. The commander was Lt. Gen. Yuitsu Tsuchihashi. See below.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thirty-Ei ... my_(Japan)

There were 90,400 Japanese soldiers in Indochina at the end of the war. There were 10 Type 95 Lights Tanks and one Type 89 Medium Tank in Indochina.

5th Air Division retreated from Burma to Indochina in 1945. 5th Air Division used Type 97 Heavy Bomber, Type 99 Light Bomber, Type 1 Fighter etc. But, it lost most aircraft when it retreated to Indochina.
