Romanian IR 59 - Commanding Officer Jan.1942 ?

Hi,

does anybody know who was the commanding officer of the romanian infanterie regiment 59 (at least I hope I read 59 correct) in January 1942?

In a handwriting I am reading some

Colonel Walathiervic

but the spelling (and so the whole name) looks incorrect for me and maybe someone who knows the romanian military much better than me could help?

I would like to know the correct name and some informations about his bio (and a picture if possible),
