CMOH medal bar correct?

Look closely, is this correct in order? and am I mistaken or should the CMOH ribbon (stars) be pointed the other way with the point up top( in other words upside down)

the few I have seen, had 5 stars & point up top.

I agree, and that is what I told the people who owns this,it looks like a put together piece that NO true CMOH soldat would allow to be on his uniform with the stars facing downward...Are the order of the ribbons shown correct? CMOH, DSC,_______ Silver Star,Bronze Start, Purple Heart,2 campaign ribbons.

2nd row - Silver Star should be first, then Legion of Merit & Bronze Star.
