Tamiya Pz.Kpfw II Ausf C Polish Campaign

Post by Milan Mynar » 13 Feb 2022 14:27

It is the last model of the Pz.Kpfw II tank that I am going to  build. It is a classic good kit from the Tamiya company. It builds very well, without problems. I enjoy the building.

Thank you Mish.  Today small progress. I haven't glued the top and bottom yet, I'd like to try something.

Preparation for the painting. I used Mr. Surfacer 1000 as a base.

Very nice! Your panzers are lovely. :) In future builds, perhaps you could consider using a darker shade of the panzer grey color since color photos of panzers early in the war show that the grey color was generally very dark. However, this is ultimately up to personal preference, and your panzers are beautiful as they are. I look forward to seeing more! :)

I will make the color darker by using dark filters.

This Tamiya Panzer model released in 2008, while the Panzer II Afrika Korps was released in 1971 !
It's a nice model, it will look great.

Two new Panzer additions to the 2008 Tamiya catalog, the 38 ( t ) looks like a very interesting model

IBG Models, It's an unknown maker for me.

I stayed in the classics, Tamiya, Revell, Airfix, Esci, Italeri, Hasegawa, Nichimo, Fujimi.....Maybe am I outdated ?
