Let's see, I believe the only three were 161. and 328. Inf-Div, and Totenkopf in late October. Otherwise, various Personaleinheiten were withdrawn from units and sent west to rebuild. (AL1614/14b OKH Op.Abt. I 11341/42, 6.10.42, AL1614/20 OKH Op.Abt. 14675/42 11.10.42, AL1614/14c WFSt Op. 003743/42 13.10.42, and AL1614/14d OKH Op.Abt. I 11398/42 14.10.42) The events at Stalingrad resulted in a major revision to the plans on 3 January 1943. Under that plan 1.PzD, SS-Polizei, and two unnamed motorized divisions were to withdraw Personaleinheiten from the Ostfront for refreshment in the West, but otherwise further withdrawals would await the rebuilding of the Stalingrad divisions and strengthening of divisions in the west, which would then go east. I have a complete list of all German divisional and non-divisional movements from OB West area (France, Belgium, Netherlands) to the Ostfront and vice versa, for the entire period of June 1941-May 1944, that is, since the start of Barbarossa to the eve of D-Day. The same goes for exchanges with other theaters of operations, like Balkans, Italy, Norway, Denmark etc. If you're interested, you can contact me about this.
As for the units sent to the OB West area for refitting in late 1942, the person before me already mentioned them.
The 2 worn-out divisions from combat in the Rzhev salient, the 161. Infanterie-Division and 328. Infanterie-Division, were sent to France for refitting in October 1942. The remnants of the SS Division Totenkopf, decimated in the Demyansk Pocket/Salient, were also sent to France in October. Lastly, the battle-worn 1. Panzer-Division, after the end of Soviet Operation Mars, on 22 December 1942 left the Rzhev salient and moved to France for refitting.
Meanwhile, in the period from October 1942 to May 1943, a staggering total of 26 divisions were transferred from the OB West to the Ostfront as reinforcements, majority to the southern sector, plus several corps headquarters.
