Hi,
This year, I took some drone pictures of HKB St.-Martin-de-Varreville
I noticed on Google Maps, that there were 2 "islands" in the neighboring fields.
And I do not expect that a farmer will leave these spots open, for no reason.
For the X1 spot, you can see clearly remains of concrete, I think.
For X2, you can see only a part of the spot, because at that time a was not aware of these "islands" and did not focus on that.
Could these spots be remainders of Stp 108 ?
And if so, which kind of constructions ?
If I am not mistaken, there were R669 bunkers "under construction", but I found no traces of them.
I know that Stp 108 was heavily bombed, before D-day and abandonded.

Thx Moonraker, if you compare it with the Google Map, in the same direction, a lot looks the same after 78 years...
So the "islands" have nothing to do with Stp 108...and probably all the remains of the 669's under construction, are under the ground now...
