MG belt loader table
Hi,
Is there a standard plan for the wall mounted table that can fold up against a wall normally used for a machine gun belt loader?
The photo below shows the type I mean and this example is found in 'Bunker 20' on the Westwall.
Best wishes,
Malcolm

Re: MG belt loader table
Hello,
I've seen it on a general sketch and there are some datas about sizes in textual files but I'd be interrested too to see a drawing of it !

Hi Malcolm,
Never seen a plan but many years ago we found a broken one.
Sorry no pics or factory drawings but i remembered the top coat was an asbestos plate...
It's called a Gurtfüllertisch, see no.9 on the drawing.
Scaled measurements are aprox. 700mm x 500mm
Best regards,
Marc

Thank you for your reply. Interesting on the asbestos plate. Was there any evidence of what the supporting leg(s) it had looked like as I have seen examples (reproduction) with a wooden leg or metal pipe.
Best wishes,
Malcolm
