Two photos of Richthofen with RK holders and RK holder from KG 53. Probably the EL holder on Richthofen2.jpg is Hubertus Hitschhold.

This is indeed Heinz Reinefarth in Warschau 1944.
He was "only" Leutnant d. R., at last SS-Gruppenführer und Generalleutnant der Waffen-SS und Polizei

New unknown KC holders.
Photo "SSpanzer.jpg" is probably from the book J. Schneider "Their Honor Was Loyalty! An Illustrated and Documentary History of the Knight's Cross Holders of the Waffen-SS and Police 1940-1945".

Hello SfK!

The SS-Oberscharführer ("SSpanzer.jpg") is Hugo Ruf, who won the RK on 16.10.1944 as a Zugführer, 3./SS-Pz.Rgt. 5.
And yes, the same photo appers in Jost W. Schneider's book...

Krollspell
