I have seen this General many times but I can't never remember his name. Could anybody help me to ID this officer please?

It's Otto Hitzfeld. received KC as Oberstleutnant, IR 213 at 30. Oktober 1941. He ended the war as infantry general, commanding LXVII. AK.
