The Heer RKT wearing seemingly a WSS camo jacket is Willy Pieper who was among the few members of the Sanitätstruppen to be awarded the RK as San.-Uffz. in Stbskp/Gre. Rgt. 478 (258. ID) on 08/04/43.
To Freiherr : Richter wouyld be also my guess about your NCO RKT.

20 is Brillantenträger Schnaufer, the night fighter ace
He is seen again on 19.jpg (middle) and on 18.jpg (far right)
I would say the other RKT NCO on 19.jpg is one of his crew but I am not sure.
On 18.jpg, the blond guy is seemingly Fritz Rumpelhardt. I have no clue about the officer in the middle of the pic.
Thanks for the U Boot emblem. I try to look for but I don't find the associated U Boot !
