Hello guys
The RKT in panzer uniform is Erich Löwe, later Oakleaves holder.
The 3rd soldier is Albust as it was previously said.
As for the LW Oberleutnant, this is difficult.
He belonged to the KG 4 (see his cufftitle "General Wever"). However, all Oberleutnants from this unit who were awarded the RK received the DKiG BEFORE the RK. And this soldier doesn't wear any DK...
Strange
Anyway, here is a short list of possible soliders (I have removed 4 others who didn't look like to the soldier) :
Ermoneit
Grassmann
Sievert
Tilebein

Sorry for the mistake. It is Erich Löwe. But he looked kind of similar to Rolf Düe. The fact is that I first looked at the picture posted at http://www.das-riiterkreuz.de and not this one I'm posting where you can see his autograph:
