After the Italian Government surrendered, did any of the Italian Units who stayed loyal to Mussolini retain their original uniforms and not take the Facist blackshirts?

If I have correctly understood your question, those Army unit that remained in the RSI did not wore the balck shirt. The four Army Divs raised by the RSI Government wore the Army Uniform (different from the Royal Army).
