HSSPF Adriatisches Küstenland was Odilo Globocnik (13.9.'43 - end of war). Globocnik came to Trst (Triest) around 17.9.'43. First he was stationed in court building, but later moved to Via Nizza 21.

Directly under him were:
- SS und Polizeikommandeur Friaul
- SS und Polizeikommandeur Görz
- SS und Polizeikommandeur Istrien
- SS und Polizeikommandeur Quarnero
- SS und Polizeikommandeur Triest
- Abteilung R (Operation Reinhard - San Sabba KZ)

SiPo and SD CO in OZAK was SS-Ostubaf. dr. Ernst Weimann.

IV. Abteilung (Gestapo) of office of SIPO and SD commander was stationed on Oberdan 4.

At first Globocnik named so called "Mandatories of HSSPF", which were stationed in Trst, Videm, Gorica and Reka. They were later renamed to "SS und Polizeiführer".

Globocnik also formed so called "Sicherungskommandant" (SiKo); which were responsible for Anti-Partisan warfare in their area and security of part of road(s) and/or railways. They were stationed in:
- Trst,
- Tržič,
- Senožeče,
- Postojna,
- Sežana,
- Tolmin and
- Tolmin (SiKo for Soča valley).

If you need any more translations of the names; see Towns, regions etc that has changed name since the war. There are almost all important cities/towns in OZAK and some great links to translated names.

I think they were titled SS. und Polizeikommandeur not SS und Polizeiführer. I do not know why but this is based on Befehlsblatt der Sicherheitspolizei und SD

In the sources you find in an earlier period the title: SS und Polizei-Beauftragter or Beauftragter des HSSPF in der OZAK, later they were called SS- und Polizei Kommandeur. AFAIK the only one to be renamed SSPF was von Alvensleben in April 1945, SSPF Adria-West.
