Just a guess:

Pomiankowski, Josef Johann Klemens (23./28.11.1866 - 23.1.1929), 1.8.1914 (11.8.14) GM, 1.8.1917 (13.8.17) FML, 1.1.1919 pens.

But this guy is too young for him....

The only one czech I could bring were Alois Musil but he was priest and not officer....
