How stupid I am!! I should have guessed! Here's a picture of General Lazar in Royal Hungarian Bodyguards (Magyar Kiralyi Testörseg) uniform, which is the direct successor of the Royal Hungarian Trabanten Lifeguard! You can see the same style and decoration on the mantels!

Luftwaffen Generaloberst Alexander Löhr? Or perhaps General der Flieger Stefan Fröhlich? looks more like Fröhlich to me. But wasn't he with Sapper units during the war? The truth is I don't know who he is!

He was Commander of the 13. Flik 1917 with the rank of an Oberleutnant.
